Show Up To Your Appointment
If you know that you need to reschedule, make sure to call Shay The Stylist at least 24 hours ahead !

Don't be late
if you are running late you should call Shay The Stylist and let them know you are on your way. If you are 10 minutes late, or more, YOU ARE NOT GOING TO RECEIVE THE FULL SERVICES YOUR ARE BOOK FOR.

Don't be too early to your appointment
I know I just told you not to be late , but you shouldn't be too early 5 or even 10 mins is okay BUT 20-30 MINS IS TOO EARLY ! IT IS UNFAIR TO THE CLIENT that is currently in the chair .
